ARIS develops and produces solutions for property-specific, holistic and efficient water management. Our focus is on stormwater, firewater, and graywater for industrial, commercial, and public buildings, as well as large residential properties. Heavy rain events, drought, and urban heat are shaping our work today and require that "water management" be rethought. Bausinger Yogamanufaktur is one of the oldest companies in the German yoga scene and was founded in 1977 by yoga teacher and textile engineer Frieder Bausinger from Reutlingen. Bausinger was the inventor of the yoga mat made of virgin wool, and today the product range includes not only yoga mats of all kinds, but also meditation and positioning cushions, yoga clothing, bags and various yoga accessories. Beneto Farm from Albstadt pursues the goal of a fully automated production of crickets for the food industry. Crickets as food are rich in protein and other nutrients and pose a sustainible meat alternative with a very low carbon footprint. Elmira Industrial Supplies is a rising SME, specialising in cashew nut-shell derived intermediates for the replacement of petrol-phenolic-bases across the industry (general manufacturing, construction, surfactants, pharma, cosmetics, insecticides and fragrances).
We work on modifying the chemical structure of the refined shell-oil, called cardanol.

Energiepark Hahnennest GmbH & CO. KG (EPH) was founded in 2005 by 4 farmers. In the company, everything revolves around the Mixed Silphie (Silphium perfoliatum), which has been marketed throughout Germany under the product name Donau Silphie (Donube Silphie) in a special cultivation package since 2015. A total of around 10,000 hectares have already been sown in this way. Since May 2020, there has also been a pilot plant for Silphium perfoliatum fiber production in Hahnennest. The aim is to offer an economical post-EEG solution for biogas plants. The fiber obtained in Hahnennest is subsequently processed in a paper mill. This creates sustainable paper and packaging solutions with a regionally produced raw material. Further fiber extraction sites are to be built in the next few years.

Since 2013, floraPell Düngeprodukte GmbH has been refining sheep's wool into high-quality fertiliser pellets in the Lusatia-Spreewald region. Sheep wool has by nature an excellent composition in terms of the plant nutrients nitrogen (11%), potassium (6%) and sulfur (2%). floraPell is the new way to fertilise in a natural, sustainable and soil improving way. With our patented process, we produce an ecological slow-release fertiliser without the addition of binders or additives that meets the highest standards of the new organic agriculture. CThe Ithaka Institute is an international network for carbon strategies and climate farming. We develop methods to use plants to remove CO2 from the atmosphere and permanently store carbon in materials and agricultural soils.
